SB 53 – repeals HB 542 from last session re: regarding a parent’s determination that certain course material is objectionable

AN ACT relative to school district policies regarding a parent’s determination that certain course material is objectionable.

ANALYSIS: This bill repeals the requirement that a school district adopt a policy allowing an exception to specific course material based on a parent’s determination that such material is objectionable.

ANHPE Analysis: this bill repeals HB 542 from last year that made New Hampshire a laughing stock as the “Live Free Die Dumb” state.
